The UxRTS pin is configured as an output and is driven whenever UEN<1:0> = 01 or 10. When
RTSMD = 1, the UxRTS
is asserted (driven low) whenever data is available to transmit
(TRMT = 0). When RTSMD = 1, UxRTS
is deasserted (driven high) when the transmitter is
empty (TRMT = 1).
